Summary: We chose this lakeside house over others in similar locations because unlike most it had enough bathrooms for the number of beds, and room to spread out. The other amenities were great too. It was a wonderful stay!

Summary: This home is amazing! It was way more house than our family of four needed (we had three unused bedrooms!) but the availability, location and price were right for the vacation dates we needed. It's recently built, so everything is updated, clean, works well. Greatest assets: the outside space. The private dock, tons of water toys (paddleboat, kayaks, canoes, paddle board, not to mention the water slide and trampoline!) in a lake/pond that was still and beautiful. We took advantage of it all - fires in the firepit every night, spent most of our time in and on the water - even though it wasn't that warm (low 70s) the water was still warm and still. We listened to the birds, watched for eagles and bats, and watched the sun go down. Inside, the kitchen is a treat to cook in - huge, well-stocked and comfortable. Beds and bathrooms lovely, and excellent communication with owner. Not far from stores (cute ice cream shop and candy store). We would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: what a perfect place for this reunion. We are a group of 10 friends and couples that get together every 4-5 years. with our kids grown, we now connect outside of the summer season. This is a perfect location and great house for a get together. We had a fantastic week and everything about the location and the house was perfect. The weather was unpredictable as fall can be - and the pond was amazing for adventures and activities. The fire pit was used pretty much every night, having a great stack of wood was a bonus.

Summary: We were a large group of 15. 6 adults and 9 kids. The house had the perfect set up for us. The house was exactly has described online. We loved the location and loved the lake! The water toys were an added bonus, the lake was calm, the neighbors were nice. We did run into a few issues with the house, I would say the normal ‘’joys’ of homeownership and Dave was always reachable and did he best to make it right. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Summary: This is the second stay for our familyof 6 adults,4 children and our dogs. The house is a perfect size and the best maintained of any we have rented in many years of vacationing. Plenty of room for everyone and lake toys to keep us all busy. A private setting but not far from grocery stores etc. A day trip away from many of Maine's popular spots. The pond is clean and does connect to a larger lake. Swimming, fishing and kayaking , A perfect vacation spot.

Summary: Our 3 families found the perfect place for a great vacation. The house and property fit our needs perfectly. The adults all had a comfortable bedroom with our own bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the bottom floor. The middle floor was perfect for cooking eating with our feeling too crowded with 11 people. The house was clean and well equipped. The lake was perfect and the available water craft made it a treat to explore. The kids enjoyed a short swim to the inflatable slide. The fire pit area was great for s’mores and to a place the smokers for a long cook. The deck was a perfect spot to gather and enjoy beautiful views of the lake. The owner was amazing to work with. It was a wonderful place to spend the week. This is a place you want to come back to year after year. The kids and parents all had an amazing time. We Highly recommend this property.
