"Cornerstone" offers glorious views of Lake Erie in every season. Our year round lakefront vacation home is an ideal place for your vacation get-away. This property is situated in the center of Grandview Bay. Enjoy the scenic view from the shady backyard hammock. A few steps will lead you directly to the private beach. The house is fully furnished with summer décor, charm and warmth. There are three bedrooms, large eat in kitchen, living room and sun porch. Living room has a ceiling fan to complement the natural lake breezes. The house sleeps seven comfortably with one double bed in the master bedroom, which has AC, and one single bed in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds and an AC. Grill dinner on the gas grill and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the concrete patio.

Summary: The lakefront location was perfect!! Ample parking, large yard with opportunity for both sun & shade. Owners are readily available, as they live next door, if you should require any assistance, which we did not. Everything we could have needed was available!

Summary: The house is very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Big screen 4K TV was unexpected surprise. Cable connected WiFi is fast. A/C in bedrooms upstairs are nice, in case it gets humid. Wifi password should indicate caps and zeroes.

Summary: This was a great place to stay for our mini family reunion. The rooms were comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Our bed was a little noisy when moving around but still comfortable when sleeping. The house was well furnished and even has a Crock Pot. Looking out the big kitchen window and most of what you see is Lake Erie which is clear and a little chilly but not overly so. We had a great time.

Summary: Corner Stone is a clean and comfortable cottage situated in a close-knit community along the shores of Grand View Bay. The views and sunsets are magnificent and there are lovely stretches of beaches in both directions to walk on. The lawn area offers some shaded sitting areas for relaxing. Our hosts, Terese and Ed were warm and welcoming and available to answer questions and offer tips for area markets. We chose to cook our meals (the kitchen is well equipped) but there are restaurants within a short walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Summary: My husband and I rented this adorable cottage to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary! We adults + our 2 small children (8 and 3) had the time of our lives! The house was immaculate and life at the beach was so easy- just a few steps away from the beach! We had a bonfire at night and grilled cookouts every night. We collected beach glass, driftwood, and seashells to make crafts by the shore in the sand. The location could not be any better, and the owners live a stone's-throw away and are accessible and accommodating. We'd love to make a visit to Cornerstone an annual tradition! We're very thankful for all the beautiful family memories!!

Summary: We had a great week at Cornerstone! Lots of charm and well equipped. Very nice owners who were always available to answer questions or give a hand. Beautiful beach along with a great lawn which is hard to find. Close enough to Mickey Rats to walk but far enough away so it's not a disruption. Great location and lots to offer!

Summary: We had a great time on Grandview Bay. Heard fun music steps away at Turtle Joes and Mickey Rats....but not so close that it disturbs your peace and quiet. Cottage is well supplied and obviously well taken care of. Owners couldn't be more friendly .
