**Please note that due to the extremely high water levels of Lake Michigan there is currently no direct access to the water from this home. There is a beach access point a short walking distance from this home, it is a bit small and rocky. We also recommend our guests check out the beach in New Buffalo or the beach at the Warren Dunes State Park.
***The pool is heated 3rd week in May to 3rd week in September weather permitting.
Welcome to Elodie Cottage! This stunning European inspired lakefront home is located in the idyllic village of Grand Beach. With 4 bedrooms, a third floor bunk room that your kids will be talking about for years to come, and 5 1/2 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. Note that 3 of the 5 1/2 bathrooms are en suites. This home boasts three floors of living space inside, along with an incredible outdoor living space.
The main floor is home to the beautiful and fully stocked kitchen, all high end appliances and a huge island for gathering. The kitchen opens right into the dining area and the living room. Just off of the living room is a large deck overlooking the pool and lake, where you'll find a beautiful outdoor dining area and other lounge seating.
Also on the main floor is a darling guest room with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.
The second floor of Elodie Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The well appointed Master bedroom has a king bed and full en suite bathroom along with a spectacular lake view. Grab your favorite read, head out to the deck just off of this room and cozy up on the outdoor daybed. On this floor you'll find another beautiful guest room with a queen bed, it also opens onto the outdoor deck. This room has use of a full bathroom just outside of the bedroom. There is one more guest room on this floor with a queen bed and a full en suite bathroom.
The third floor is a kid's dream! Five built in bunks, 3 of them twin beds and 2 with full beds, a play area with big screen TV and a full bathroom.
On the lower level of the home is a picture perfect living space overlooking the pool, a second kitchen, a powder room, a ping pong table, second laundry room, and a built in DRINKING FOUNTAIN!!!!
The pool area at Elodie Cottage is second to none. Gorgeous pool loungers and a modern sectional surround the pool and let you take in the laughter of kids splashing in the pool. All while you are taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.

Summary: This house is lovely and the view is unmatched. We loved watching the incredible sunsets. Our grandchildren had a blast sleeping in the third floor bunk room and swimming in the nice warm pool. We had a moment of confusion at check-in as we were instructed there would be a lock box on the front door. There was no lockbox and after walking all around the house, my daughter called the management # and she was given a different instruction to enter the house. We felt the screened porch floor could have used a good sweeping and furniture cushions needed wiping before we could sit on them. All in all, these were small inconveniences. We would recommend this house , it is absolutely charming and spacious enough for our group of 7 adults and 7 children.

Summary: This house was incredible! It had everything we needed for the 9 of us. Gina was such an incredible communicator. We will miss that morning breeze while enjoying coffee in the screened in porch. The view was so peaceful as were the sounds of the waves. Highly recommend this house!

Summary: We loved Grand Beach and this home. The pool and the view is awesome! The beds are very comfortable. Loved the many bathrooms. The kitchen was pretty good, could use more equipment/utensils. The lower level kitchen/bar was very useful. The grilling area is wonderful. Ping pong table is great but a bit tight area. The outdoor porch and pool area was not the cleanest. Outdoor cushions could have used a cleaning as well as tables and chairs. We pulled weeds in the pool area so it looked better for our family arrival. The host was attentive when we had issues. The upper level air conditioning went out the 2nd night but they had someone on site for repairs the next morning. This home is convenient to groceries and pizza.

Summary: This property feels like a luxury home in a country club. The views of the lake are absolutely stunning. The pool area has various seating options that we loved. The views of the sunsets from the house are to die for. We would love to go back next year!
