All-season lakefront home on tranquil Parker Pond. Property boasts 140' of private water frontage with beach and swimming area with beautiful, clean, sandy bottom just 25 steps from the back entrance to the cottage.
Parker Pond is great for fishing, ice fishing, bird watching, paddle boarding and kayaking. Guests are welcome to bring their boat and use our dock.
Property is 1 mile from scenic Casco Village. Easy access to Raymond, Naples, and Windham for shopping and activities.

Summary: This lake was clear, beautiful, and serene. The pollinator garden was fabulous! The house had everything available. Sebago Lake was great for daily hikes!

Summary: This is an outstanding property, with the only issue being the vehicle noise from the street. When you are on the lakeside of the property, you don't notice it too much. The property was very clean, is as advertised or better, and the owner is very easy to work with, responding very quickly to any questions we have had. We hope to return next year.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this house for the second year in a row. It was an extremely comfortable house equipped with everything we needed from kitchen stuff to water toys. It was especially easy with our two toddlers to have shallow water and a sandy area to play in.

Summary: Wonderful week here with my husband, daughter, son & daughter-in-law, our 18 mo. old Grandson and dogs! The house is amazing; beds were very comfortable, all the furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would ever need! The gardens are just gorgeous and the little beach and sandy entry to the lake were perfect, especially for our grandson's 1st time in a lake. He loved it, almost as much as our Lab, Bear! The weather was great and we spent a lot of time in the lake every day! Oh and the neighbors were really friendly! This is a perfect place for an awesome family vacation! We will definitely be back!

Summary: We came up to Casco for a few days from Maryland, and this is such an incredible cabin. The location is so convenient as for getting to town for groceries and supplies, but also being right on the pond is breathtaking. Having a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water every day was a dream. If we ever come back to Casco, will DEFINITELY look for this place.

Summary: We loved our short stay at the Casco house! It was equipped with absolutely everything, we’ve never had such a stocked kitchen in a rental before. It was fun watching the ice fisherman, snowmobiles, and even eagles out during the day around the pond. Very relaxing and cozy. We hope to make it back during the warmer months to enjoy the water and little beach as well.
