Summary: This property is perfect for a family getaway. The pool is supplied with floats, and there was even a life fest that fit the five-year-old so we could relax a little. There was also a bonus room with games for everyone.

Summary: We had a total of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was set up perfectly for a larger group and we all had plenty of space. Kids stayed entertained with the games and the pool. House was well stocked and had no problems. There was an issue with the pontoon boat, so we weren't able to try it out, but everything else was great. Clean, nice neighborhood.

Summary: This property was exactly what we were looking for and it exceeded our expectations! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The countertop pellet icemaker was perfect for cold drinks out by the warm pool. Oh yes, the pool was heated to the most perfect temperature for our almost 2 year old and 6 month old grandchildren. There is a retractable gate on the patio to keep the toddlers safe which was such a welcome surprise. The highlight of our stay was our later afternoon cruises in the pontoon boat. The other boaters/neighbors were so friendly and welcoming! We did feed the ducks some bread (not sure if that’s discouraged or not) and enjoyed laughing at the white duck that looked like it had a wig on like George Washington. We later learned from another boater his name is Fred. We did have an issue getting the boat started but I think maybe it just wasn’t charged enough. I contacted the owner, Stacy, and she answered super quick. Speaking of Stacy, she was very helpful with all my questions pre-arrival. There is a Fry’s grocery store a couple miles away for convenience and a ton of restaurants a short distance. The neighborhood is great for morning runs or walks. We will definitely stay here again!
