Located in Park Palms this spacious, beautiful, professionally decorated and comfortably furnished, well stocked 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a lake view and is steps to the pool. The condo features a small private courtyard and separate patios off both the living area and master bedroom with lake views. Both the master and 2nd bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. The living room features a 50" flat screen TV with apps to access your streaming accounts. Internet / Wifi included. New washer and dryer are located in your private 2 car garage.
The gated grounds are beautiful and include lakes, waterfalls and river features throughout the complex, tennis and pickleball courts (rackets for both are provided), a basketball hoop, putting greens, and a clubhouse. The complex has 3 gorgeous resort style heated pools (one steps away from your front door and the other two are also very close by) all with Jacuzzis. The clubhouse is perched at the large pool and grotto jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful lake. It includes a gym, sauna, ping pong table, pool table and weekly happy hours (seasonal / may vary), BBQ, puzzle and book library, spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas with TV and fireplace. The neighbors are great.

Summary: This condo is very comfortable, a good "home base" for visiting parks, gardens and other attractions in southern CA. And the hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests.

Summary: The lake view was lovely, the complex is quiet and safe and the neighbors I met were friendly. Excellent location to get easily and fast to most everything I wanted to do. Laura and Karl were easy to deal with and always quick to respond to any of my questions.
