Beautiful townhome overlooking Lake Travis in Point Venture, TX. 3 bdrm/2bath with fully stocked kitchen, sleeps up to 9. Upgraded memory foam mattresses, SMART TVs, kayak, games, movies and Xbox. Two large balconies will give you breathtaking views of Lake Travis. Walk down to the lake or take advantage of our private access to boat ramp, 50 acre park, Olympic size pool (closed in off season), tennis/pickle ball courts, and gym! Bring your own boat or rent one in our marina. Very Kid friendly.
Point Venture has so much to offer. Several private coves, private park with a boat ramp (no waits or fees), play ground, BBQ pits, picnic tables and more! We also have an Olympic size swimming pool (currently closed for revamp) , tennis/pickle ball courts, gym, and library. There are also plenty of places to fish & 9 hole Golf Course. Liquid Thrillz is located in our Marina so you have easy access to rent boats and jet skis.
Please note that Point Venture is on the North side of Lake Travis. Its about 40 minutes to downtown Austin just to give you a point of reference.

Summary: I had such an amazing time at this property, for one it was so easy to rent two, The scenery the lake was beautiful, waking up to the beautiful deer in the morning, eating at the restaurant walking around the people are so sweet and kind I will be back.

Summary: This is first time we used vrbo and this type of holiday stay and definitely will not be the last one. Our experience is very positive. The rental townhouse was well located and well furnished with everything that will make your stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was clean and noise-free. We saw multiple friendly deers day and night. Easy access to many close by coffee, gas stations and food places.

Summary: Had a family Christmas gathering. There was plenty of room for all. We had 6 adults and one child for dinner, but could have easily seated 9! The kitchen and house in general were very well stocked with everything we needed and that is what you want when flying in from out of state! We enjoyed walking to the park, watching the deer and enjoying the view. There were also fireworks one night! We also loved the proximity to Austin and enjoyed the city scene as well. We would love to come back when we could take advantage of all the lake has to offer! Also thanks so much to Jennifer for the great communication!

Summary: For a place to bunk down after a long day on the water, this property worked just fine. The unit is nothing extravagant - but with a family of five now requiring two hotel rooms, the price and size was perfect. Plus the manager was quick to respond with any requests for further information. Some small extra touches were nice and came in handy, too : - )

Summary: Great communication, pleasant, and all my questions were answered with great enthusiasm. The Villa, as I called it was impeccable. Everything was laid out, clean, new fresh towels, all amenities you have in your own home. Great accommodations. The downstairs bedroom was really nice. OMG, the beds were just right too fir sleeping. Great view for the 4th of July parade. The surroundings were great too. The park, the late, & the restaurant. Not to mention the deer, lol. They run the place.
