Summary: Pool was AWESOME!! 8 ft deep and warm!!! Didn’t care for restaurant option on property. They only offered 1 meal. View is beautiful from the room

Summary: Very small rooms that were unclean. No stable internet and box fans only for cooling. Room was HOT! Couldn't use ceiling fan because it was covered in dust. Gift shop didn't have prices on sweatshirts and when we purchased two it came up to $160. Beautuful building, beautiful country, not so good experience in the lodge. Could've camped out with better luxery and saved $200.

Summary: The Restaraunt was not open in the afternoon and the bar did not have food. The WiFi is not very good and continuously disconnects. Trail across the road was nice and the Salmon House nearby was good food since there was no food at the hotel. Room, Staff, and property were nice.

Summary: The setting was beautiful, but I expected more. We stayed in the old lodge part. We had to carry heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs (no assistance was offered), it was very noisy and the room was cramped and awkward. We were looking forward to having a bar and restaurant on site as advertised, but the restaurant was closed for remodeling and the bar was more of a window where you could order drinks and then take them somewhere else to drink. We did enjoy the view sitting outside. Luckily, it was nice weather and the lakefront area is very nice.

Summary: Wish the lodge would make alternate arrangements while Roosevelt room is closed . It’s a Basic amenity to offer on site food option for dinner and it Was missing . The ch check in process was extremely slow and disorganized with many rooms not ready past 4 pm check in time which is quite late check in time compared to most others (3 pm).
