Positive: extremely clean and spacious. The muffins and breakfast was a lovely touch and very much appreciated :)

Negative: No tv. We wrongly assumed it was a standard inclusion, so thats my bad and nothing to do with the host at all. The trestle table that the microwave was on was annoying...

Positive: Everything. Carmen and Guy were amazing. We were meet when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Close enough to Rotoura (10 mins). 5 min walk to the lake and so much to do in the area. We love both Rotoura and Lake Okareka Oasis so stayed and additional.

Negative: Couldn’t fault anything

Summary: We will be back to North Island if only to stay here.

Positive: Feels like coming home…the details were spectacular, soft towels, fresh picked hydrangea arrangement, sweet greeting with rich buttery lemon muffins and fruit, even French style china plates and a jacuzzi. I got the best sleep of my trip here and was sad to go. The property is right by the lake a short and beautiful walk away and the property is surrounded by lush foliage and nature. The icing on the cake was the birds singing-what a serene and rejuvenating experience!

Positive: Beautiful location, very accommodating hosts that contacted me and helped me schedule an awkward check-in due to being in town for a wedding. Very clean and comfortable.

Negative: It was all really good the only minor thing I can think of was that you can hear the spa pool through the door which I found a little annoying when sleeping. However it is faint and means you have access to a spa pool.

Positive: The location was great. There is a beautiful lake across their home. And another nice lake 5 min drive away. carmel is one of the most caring, friendliest host we have ever met. She does everything to make your stay memorable.
