Positive: The location was very good and the facilities were well maintained. They had a nice restaurant, beautiful gardens and a nice swimming pool. They are also next to the lake making it easy to go for boat rides and watch the hippos being fed. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Negative: They had a lot of conferences and therefore the hotel was very crowded with no privacy for residents. Parking was a problem as the conference participants used up residents' parking spaces. We could not swim as people kept on passing through the swimming pool with no privacy for residents. The meals had limited variety with similar things every day. The fruits were few and not nice. There was no proper control of residences spaces and personalised service.

Positive: The room was clean, boat ride and my son enjoyed swimming.

Negative: WiFi was poor, the food wasn’t good at all. Then they need to add more cart drivers.
