Views Views Views! South facing Lake Minnetonka direct access waterfront property. This property is truly stunning and available for extended stays. Property has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & lower level futon. It is just ready for you to call home!
Lake Minnetonka is one of best lakes in all of Minnesota & this little blue jewl just will not disappoint. Perfect hotel alternative. Minutes to parks, restaurant & stores in the city. Lake living on a budget at its finest :)
I am a full time real estate professional that has expanded my business so people can enjoy the wonderful lakes of Minnesota! I live nearby & will have as little or as much as interaction should you want! I am so looking forward to your stay at my home!

Upper Level, King, Queen bedrooms & Full Bath
Lower: Queen Bedroom, Living with futon, 3/4 bath & laundry

Couple house notes;
-Extended stays only. House is stocked and ready for you to move in. If there are any special requests, please let me know and I will try accomodate
-You do have to climb stairs to get into front door from garage and there are stairs to get down to water
-The property is located on a steep hill with no fence. It provides amazing views but I just want to call it out in case any kids planning on staying
-The fireplace is for looks-not currently functioning
-There is an easement on the left side of the property for people to get down to the lower part of lakeshore.
