This beautiful, newly renovated, waterfront house is the perfect place to relax and play with family and friends. Not only does it have incredible views of the lake from nearly every room but it also includes a separate guest house and an outstanding dock.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen, dining and living room, full laundry, gathering room and lounge deck with fire pit.
The first floor has one full bath, one bedroom with queen bed and sleeps 2, one bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin and sleeps 3 and one bedroom has 2 queen beds, sleeps 4 and also includes an en-suite full bath and walk-in closet.
The lower level has a wonderful open concept design and features a dining area, beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you will need for cooking, baking and dining, living room, full bath, laundry and an outstanding waterfront gathering room.
This amazing property also includes a, newly remodeled, separate guest quarters, that is only a few steps from the house. It features a kitchen and dinette, sitting area, full bath, a deck with views of the lake and 3 bedrooms as well as A/C throughout.
The first and second bedrooms each have one queen bed and the third bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed.
Outdoors you will find multiple decks that are perfect for grilling and lounging and a fabulous 2 well dock with one 12x24 slip and one 12x28 slip. The dock also features a wonderfully large swim platform, a covered sitting area and fantastic bar. The quiet, no wake, cove is perfect for fishing and safe swimming.
Located at the four corners, mile marker 31, the location can’t be beat. Summary: We stayed here with family (13 of us). The location is perfect! Close to bars and restaurants, in a quiet little no wake cove. Plenty of parking! Cute little fire pit area for night. Large, great dock! There is a main house and another guest house. The house floors were pretty dirty. I have a six month old and he was crawling around the first day and his knees and toes were black 😳 The house did have a lily pad at the dock which wasn’t listed in the description so we had rented one Before we got there, but actually didn’t need too.

Summary: Good location on the lake for fishing and boating. Unfortunately, we did have some issues: both houses were pretty dirty; pots and pans didn't appear to have been cleaned before we checked in, there were chips and crumbs that had just been swept under the furniture, lots of dead bugs along with walls and windowsills. The window in door of the dock bar was shattered when we arrived and was not replaced during our stay. Water heater went out on the first day of our stay, but many thanks to Lowell for addressing this promptly. We had a pretty good rainstorm one night and water leaked through the sheet rock in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms in the guesthouse, which explains why it smelled strongly of mildew when we arrived. Would not stay again.

Summary: We rented this house for a large family trip. Having two houses was prefect. The family with the little ones were able to stay in the second smaller home. The children were able to nap and go to bed at a decent hour and not interrupt the atmosphere of the party time for the others. The only problem with that was, the house wasn’t equipped well enough to feed them breakfast when that got up so much earlier than the others.

Summary: Good property, slept many people well. Good location on the lake. Dock was great but the lights didn’t work, so night time use wasn’t optimal. The manager said the lights should be fixed soon.

Summary: We loved our stay at this home. Plenty of room for all of us in the main house. We loved the four seasons room and the dock was perfect to watch Saturday football (since it was raining). We did have some issues with the boat ramp which was a little frustrating. Property management was decent in their response time. Would stay here again for sure!

Summary: The house was good for our group - the absolute best thing was the dock and tiki bar! Dock is big and has plenty of space for 6 kayaks we brought, plus enough room to lounge and enjoy. The tiki bar is super, has a full fridge, stereo system to hook to for music and great sun coverage. The cove is quiet and nice for kayaking around and playing in the water. The lake itself was much rougher and busier than we expected it to be, so the quiet cove was perfect for us. Overall good experience with this property.
