Positive: Spacious, lots of good facilities and amenities, great pantry. House was nice and clean, great views, of the lake and mountains. Nice little hot tub outside too!

Negative: Heated floors didn't seem like they worked properly, one of the lights not working one of the showers, heaters in bathrooms not working.

Negative: The actual locking mechanism on front door has one of only 3 screws in place, and the one was ill fitting. We felt it could easily fail and we’d be locked out so we reported this direct to Bachcare and through booking.com and received nothing back- no acknowledgement or apology and certainly no action. For something so important this was disappointing and took the edge off an otherwise fantastic stay.

Positive: The location and the view! The property is also very spacious and have plenty of rooms.

Negative: The cooktop was not working properly and wifi was not given when we arrived. There was no manual on how to use the heating/AC. The air heating in the master bedroom was not working.
