Hello, come and enjoy my beautiful lake home. It's on a chain of 7 lakes with 180 feet of lake frontage. The home is 2500 sq. ft. which includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 half bathrooms, a large loft, a entertaining lower level, a screen porch, and a wrap around deck. That's a lot to enjoy. Are you ready?
PLEASE NOTE; in the summer months the home only rents Sunday - Sunday. Spring and Fall rental varies, minimum 3 nights.
The home rents Sun-Sun because I have multiple homes on the lake. We can only flip one home per day based on availability windows. My other home is the 2 story Olive Green home, that home rents Sat-Sat.
This home has all amenities, Viking Stove, 2 refrigerators, 4 TV's, WiFi, Internet, Propane Grill, and plenty of seating. The Pontoon is optional to rent. You're also isolated, meaning a forest to the left, and you won't even see the neighbor to the right. How about a huge grass area leading to the lake and of course, a fire pit.
The lake is a great fishing lake, and all sports. The lake is deep, we actually swim off the pontoon in 25' depth. You can walk out from the shore, weeds eventually do grow in lake summer, but I've enjoyed swimming in front of the house for a great number of years with my girls. You like to golf? I have a relationship with The Coldwater Golf Course, about 1.5 miles down the road.
OK, it's time to relax. My home books 60% of the year and it's first come first serve. You're not dealing with a cottage, but living in luxury on a lake. A great way to enjoy the vacation, I promise you will. The pictures speak for themselves. I look forward to meeting you.

Summary: The good: it’s hard to imagine a better spot on the lake. Large backyard for playing games, lawn chairs for enjoying gorgeous view of lake; trees give privacy & 90% of what you look at across lake is undeveloped. Beautiful & peaceful. The bad: house was not clean. Crumbs, stickiness & even hair throughout kitchen -counters, microwave, fridge, freezer, inside drawers & cabinets & pantry shelves. Had to wash every utensil, pot, etc before using as most were visibly dirty. Also in bad shape - melted, scratched, worn. Pot holders literally crusty with dried food. Crumbs on couch; Rugs not vacuumed; Tub dirty; trash in fire pit; Even tv remote was sticky. After seeing kitchen I cleaned entire house to be safe — after going to store to buy cleaning supplies, because absolutely nothing was provided -not even a dish sponge or dish soap. Owner was made aware of cleanliness issue on day after arrival but made no attempt to rectify. Dishwasher is half the size of normal so nothing fits in it; racks are damaged & held up with wire. Once-cream colored chairs in living room are dirty brown from use. Locks on interior doors (inc baths) don’t work. Basement smelled extremely musty; upon inspection, found extensive water damage on carpet by patio doors; bottom of curtains are black with mold. We avoided area. Beds were comfortable but linens are old; towels are bleach-stained & fraying. There is no door to upstairs master bedroom so it’s open to adjacent loft & even stairs.
