Perfectly located on Lake George. This Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home sits on the waters edge, You can enjoy the wrap around screened porch that allows you to sit and have your coffee, look out across the lake and see the most breath taking sunrises! Birds singing, fish jumping and eagles flying.
Home is fully furnished with lots of amenities: Full size washer and dryer, Towels, Bedding, Gas grill, Dining room table and chairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, Glass wear, Cookware, Crock pot, Microwave, Blender, and much more.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom. The bathroom has a large tub and shower combo, flat screen T.V. and DVD player. Second and third bedrooms also have queen size beds. Second bath has a walk-in shower. Living area has a flat screen T.V wood burning fireplace, sofa, love seat, and a recliner.
The house sits on the water front and also has canal running next to the house.
There is a walk way the length of the property that is on canal side to fish from. there is a boat ramp on the property to use, depending on the water level and the size boat you have. Or you can launch your boat at the community boat ramp just one street over.
There is also a firepit down by the water.

Summary: This is a nice house on a beautiful lake. Everything was clean and worked well. Friends and I came to visit Silver Glen Springs, and it was perfect for that, as it was only 6 minutes away. The host was friendly and responsive!

Summary: My family are return guests. Close to Salt Springs and Silver Glen. Can't beat being right on Lake George with a private boat ramp. The house is clean and well kept. Feels like home away from home.

Summary: The boat ramp was very nice, no crowds to fight! It is shallow though. We have a 1754 Timber Creek mud boat, so we didn’t have an issue.

Summary: Excellent property and a great location. This was our second stay at this property and it has always been great. Has a boat launch and boat slips on Lake George. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room in the house. Super comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. The host has always been great. Will return soon!

Summary: Very comfortable house, we sat in enclosed porch for coffee every morning. was extra nice having boat launch on property. We had a small boat so was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Hoping to vacation here again. Alligator's galore!!
