>> Fully stocked kitchen for the nights you want to cook, but just minutes by boat from Sequoyua and Whitman Hollow Marinas for the nights you don't! Quartz coutertops, stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with 2 Crockpots, Instant Pot, coffee pot, all the pots.. :)

NOTE: Our home is in the back of a cove on Norris Lake which means we do not have year round water, but we still have a beautiful property where memories can be made year round. Of course the lake is the best summer adventure, but fall, winter, and spring can be the perfect time for hiking, off-roading, campfires, wildlife viewing, family holiday gatherings, etc. That being said, we do not control the water levels and cannot guarantee you will be able to access the house by water from the 1st of September through early-May.
Minimum age for the primary renter must be 28 or older.
Rules:
>> Per HOA rules, there is no parking at the road. All vehicles and boat trailers must be parked down at the house. The driveway is steep but no need to be afraid of it, vehicles of all shapes and sizes are able to navigate it safely.
>> No parties or excessive noise.
>> No pets or emotional support animals allowed. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for registered service animals for physical disabilities such as blindness.
>> Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own. We love sharing it with you, but it takes TLC on everyone's part to keep it maintained for future guests.
>> Beginning in 2025, all reservations from Memorial Day through Labor Day will be 7 night minimum with check in/out on Fridays. If you want to stay longer than 7 days but less than 14, please message me with a request.
Extra fees:
>> Extra cleaning fees @ $75/hour may be charged if excessive cleaning is needed (especially in the kitchen - if you explode something in the oven, please clean it up. :)
>> $15 per stained towel; $8 per stained hand towel or wash cloth
>> $55 per stained bedding/linen.

Summary: The house is spectacular with beautiful views of the lake from several locations. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The deck is huge and fully covered which makes it perfect for protection from the sun and rain. The dock is great for relaxing or swimming and the large steps and angled ladder made getting out of the water easy. The house and dock sit at the end of a no wake cove, so there's no worry about swimming or your boat bouncing in rough water. The only downside is that it takes about 7 minutes at idle speed to get out of the cove, but it's well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

Summary: Property was perfect for our family. Lower level bedrooms was for our adult children and grandchildren while the master on the first floor was for my husband and myself. Property was easily accessed from the main road in Jacksboro and only 20 minutes away. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for meal prep. seating in living room was comfortable. Slide on the dock was a big hit with the kids. We will definitely rent this property again.

Summary: The Lakefront home was perfect for our family of 4 children, spouses, and 6 grandchildren ages 1 to 14. The cove is so peaceful with no wake or traffic of any kind. Deer visited us every morning and evening. The kitchen is equipped and large enough that several people could help prepare dinner along with the kids helping out also. The slide and the lounge chairs at the dock were use almost constantly. What a wonderful place to make memories for years to come. Thank you Saloma for making it possible for us to do just that.

Summary: This place is perfect. It is located in a quiet, no-wake area of the lake. The sloping driveway to the water is ideal for those who don't like to climb 100 steps. The deck is relaxing and perfect for dinner al fresco. The kitchen is stocked with quality pots and pans, and several condiments and spices are provided. The owner was quick to respond. We have rented several homes at Norris Lake, but this is the first one we all want to return to next year.

Summary: This property was amazing!! The home looks exactly like the images on the listing! The attention to detail was great! We had everything we needed for our stay down to scissors and tape to be able to wrap additional gifts before Christmas Day! Being able to sit around in the living space by the fire with my family was amazing! Having the tree already lit and not having to bring a tree for our gifts was so special for us! Although the lake wasn’t available, we were still able to spend time around the fire pit making smores! We were also able to visit Chapman Hill winery where, Chuck, the owner was so welcoming! The wine and food was amazing!! Lastly, the communication with the owners was great! They are responsive and helpful! We hope to be able to visit during the warmer weather!

Summary: Fantastic new house and the host was great to work with. It is on a very steep hill so the driveway is a bit scary and you'll get some exercise walking down to the firepit. There is no cellular service but WiFi worked great. There's not much around to do, but it was perfect for meeting up with family and spending time together.

Summary: We had 3 families that took a long weekend and had a great time. The kids loved the easy access to the lake to kayak, fish, and swim. The house has an open layout and great for large groups to hang out and spend time together on both floors. We hope to return!
