Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. This is perfect house to escape from everyday busy life. This three-bedroom two full bath has a lot to offer and can fit the whole family. Spend the day swimming in the lake, boating with a boat access down the road, or take one of the three kayaks available out and enjoy the nature Lake Ida has to offer. Enjoy an evening grilling out on the upper deck or spend the evening on the lower deck with the brisk breeze off the lake. Finish the night with a good soak in the hot tub or sitting with the fire cooking s’mores.

Welcome, come enjoy the Lake Escape on Lake Ida which is a spring fed lake.

A boat ramp is right down the road with lake access. There is a grocery store and dollar general 1.5 miles down the road. Local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take a stroll on St. John’s river water front and enjoy the historic town of Palatka which is only 20 minutes away. Our guide book has all the local sights and restaurants. Winn-Dixie and Publix are 10 miles away. Silver springs is 31 miles away with kayak rentals and glass bottom tours. Gainesvilles and St. Augustine are both 45 minutes away.

Summary: This is a phenomenal home with amazing views and wonderful hosts! Our family made life long memories together jumping off the dock, tubing and kayaking all weekend.

Summary: Very clean lake house with great view. Nice helpful host. The king beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the warm (prefer very hot) shower downstairs … likely due to scald proofing mechanism since there was plenty of hot water.
