Summary: For the money I at least expect to show up to a cleaned place it was a bit disgusting bathrooms, kitchen and floors were a mess like never even had a broom put to them. We had to clean our first day there. The frontage has not been maintained at all not nearly like pictures. The swim dock was in the weeds obviously broke free from mooring and definitely was there for a while. A bedroom on the 2nd floor where my son tried to sleep had a gap over balcony slider at least 3” short of the header the screen slider was not the proper screen to the door so that bedroom was not useful. I know Maine and have own lakefront property in the area. All in all if you want to charge top $ you need to spend a little to clean and maintain.

Summary: It was perfect for our family. Nana, papa, daughter, son, son in law, twins 10, and grandson 6. There was something for everyone! We brought kayaks,boards, and rafts so we enjoyed every day right at the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat and toured the lake and swam at the beach. Loons Nest for pizza, burgers, fries, Santa's Village, Cranmore, and Cog Rail up to Mt Washington filled our stay. We had the best weather and the best vacation ever. So sad that the house has sold, but hoping the new owners will continue to rent.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time. The lake is incredible and property provided us everything we needed for the week. Our goal was to have tons of fun and relax which was fully accomplished.

Summary: Tranquility and privacy! Beautiful property and wonderful lake! Caught 18 fish on beautiful Lake Kezar. Steve was very helpful and ensured our stay was smooth! Will be back next year.

Summary: We wanted to get away from the city and enjoy serious down time! We had a blast fishing and relaxing on the dock with our pups. The house was huge and plenty to do on the rainy days. The marina close by is convenient and the kids who work there are were great! Would definitely be back if they would have us!
