Summary: Nice comfortable house. Not the lap of luxury but met all my expectations. Better than average home for part of Shelby County. My only suggestion would be that the house number would be easier to see. We found the location without difficulty, but couldn't see an address, and the house could have been any one of three. We chose the one without cars in front, and it was correct.

Summary: The place was great! It was very clean and inviting. The front porch looked right over the water. The dock was just a short walk away but we could also drive down to it to set up the fishing poles. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had an amazing time! The property owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing stay. The porch was our favorite place to hang out. It has a beautiful view of the lake and a nice constant breeze when it was hot out. Like most other reviews we LOVED the neighbors dog who hung out with us each nice on the porch! Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: This is our second trip to Toledo Bend and we stayed at this house both times. My daughter looked forward to Biscuit’s daily visits (the dog that lives next door) and the whole family enjoyed kayaking and fishing right off the private pier. We hung out indoors playing games and watching movies at night. The house was perfect and communication with the owner was quick and always helpful. Look forward to our next vacation at the Cottage!

Summary: We loved the cabin, it was very beautiful and clean and warming and the atmosphere was so amazing. The view was beautiful and the sunset and sunrise from the warf was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Cozy, Clean and quiet. Great porch and view of the water. Greg and Beth went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful! He even lined up a fishing guide Chad, who provided a whole day of rod bending fun.! Definitely worth a trip back!
