Positive: Very quiet, fresh air, good place for relaxation. Good location - not far from public transportation, grocery stores, beaches, main highways, city center

Negative: Only one toilet for the nice huge house, poor water pressure; we had to line up for the bathroom. Right before we were leaving water disappeared entirely

Summary: Six bedrooms and one toilet!

Positive: Good, quiet place in Riga suburb. Little bit far from Riga centre, but still ok. Friendly owner. A lot of towels, good kitchen, big TV. Big Jacuzzi bath for children :)

Negative: Only one WC on whole house, and it was not flushing good (maybe drainage problems?). Also showers-no curtains in both showers, so always a lot of water everywhere. Imagine: one person takes shower, and next person aftret that cannot go to WC without boots because water is everywhere (again, maybe drainage problems?) (shower and WC is in the same room).

Summary: Good, and +- cheap stay in Riga. Some issues, but I believe that owner will fix them in future :)

Negative: There was 2 bathrooms but only one toilet, a bit inconvenient for big group. On our first day, the toilet did not flush properly, all the other drainages in the house was very slow. The owner ordered a plumber job and things were ok on the second day. One of the washing machine was leaking electricity… The top floor was cleaned pretty well but the two lower floors were not that clean.

Positive: The clean rooms and the fittings. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful. The property owner was quite nice and extremely helpful in all possible ways.

Negative: The shower in the main bathroom requires the fitting of curtains. The same thing for the bathroom in the basement. This will avoid too much spilling of water over the floor.

Summary: I can recommend this accommodation to anybody and will definitely book here if I go back to Riga.
