Negative: The bed mattresses were well passed their use by date. There are well overdue maintenance issues in the house and IMO, these need to be addressed.

Negative: The property just wasn't clean. There were areas that were in dire need of a deep clean.

Positive: Everything. The house was beautiful, spacious, beds were really comfortable and kept us nice and warm. The view from the master bedroom + the 2nd bedroom were beautiful. Alot of storage for our luggage and space for our little ones to run around. The walk up and down the driveway from the minivan to the front door was a killer on the legs but it was good for the little ones, they raced eachother up the driveway. Everything was well explained before arrival and on arrival with the information books on the coffee table Would definitely stay here again in the future. Sorry I thought I took more photos of the house. Mainly took photos of the view from the house :)

Positive: The location of the property is superb! Very quiet neighborhood. The house is warm which is great during our winter vacation. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped which made our 4 nights stay in Queenstown very easy. The bathrooms had heated flooring which is a very big plus!

Negative: Wished we were able to use the turntable. We didnt know where the remote was. It would have been reaaly useful as we were driving an alphard.
