This house has everything you need for an amazing Lake Escape with over 4400 sq. ft. of living space, not to mention the several outside lakeside decks and the private dock with a large swim platform. This house features 9 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, two fully stocked kitchens and two living areas with three levels of living space offering plenty of room for the entire group. Perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats or any other large groups; however, this is not a party house. This house is located 17 miles from Ball Parks National and is large enough to house the entire team and parents. Offering 2 king primary suites with private baths featuring jetted tubs, a bunk space with a pyramid bunk (twin over full) with two double futons, another bedroom with a second pyramid bunk (twin over full), another bedroom with 2 full beds and 5 more bedrooms featuring queen beds. Both living spaces are appointed nicely offering lake views and spanning lake view decks each with their own kitchen. Now let’s move is the total package with a lawn on the street side of the house for lawn games, two huge lakeview decks, a gas grill, gas fire pit and a fantastic dock offering a 12' X 40' slip for your boat with a nice swim platform. You can park up to 7 cars and there is trailer parking on the property also. Located at the 44 mile marker of the Osage Arm in Bollinger Creek Cove, just around the corner to Big Dicks Halfway Inn, this is the perfect location for rest, relaxation and great fishing! As you can see, this property offers something for everyone and you can book through Four Seasons Property Management properties with confidence!

Summary: This property was perfect for our large family to stay together for our yearly family vacation. In addition to my wife and I, 5 of our 7 children and their families were together for the week. The house accommodated everyone perfectly and we especially appreciated the 2 kitchens, 2 balconies, and plenty of family space. The dock offered a great setup for swimming and the grandkids had a blast fishing. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family or group.

Summary: You could not ask for a better location on the lake. It was perfect for the kids we had. The cove is very quiet and the kids could easily and safely ride our jet ski up and down it. They could also swim off the dock. Our kids spent a lot of time out there. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 8 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was adequate and we appreciated having 2 kitchens with all the food and drinks we had to have. There were plenty of beds for all us, but the comfort level of the beds was not great. Overall upkeep and cleanliness of the property was ok. The toilets water pressure was not great and would often require multiple flushes. The management was great and very responsive.

Summary: Beautiful home with lots of bedrooms however you must bring your own lake stuff the home did not have noodles, life vests, so we had to purchase a lot of things and the drive to Walmart is about 30 minutes. Most other homes we have rented from at the lake have had these things. It’s located on a nice quite area. There were a lot of spiders and wasps inside the home and several of us were stung. We had a wonderful time, nice and spacious and has a dock if you rent a boat. Our kids loved tubing while we were there.

Summary: We expected much more from this property. For a home that sleeps 28 people, the parking was an issue, especially if you have boat trailers. We were told we could park a trailer next to the garage if needed but there was already one parked there. We were able to make it work, but a bit frustrating. The front door handle was broken, held in place with a screw that wasn't the right size, and kept falling out. The door automatically locks after a short time, so we had people getting locked out regularly! Bedroom 6 had a large stain on the quilt. Bedroom 6 had a broken bed. One of the bunk beds upstairs was very shaky so we couldn't even use the bottom bunk. Need to invest in blinds or blackout shades, shear flags won't do. The basement toilet flushes very poorly. The water completely stopped running once so we had to call. Found out there was a water main supply issue so it was down for a bit. The basement kitchen tile has no grout in half the room and there were crumbs and filth stuck inside. A dumpster is available but was overflowing when we left. We did really like the dock and spent a lot of time down there. Also enjoyed the outdoor decks!

Summary: The space was great with plenty of everything. It would have been nice to have access to the jet skis at least or even the boat. Maybe for an additional charge if necessary. John Custer was great. He was empathetic to my concerns and responded immediately to my calls.

Summary: We had a great time at this rental home. We had 4 of our families elderly and baby stay and it was perfect. The dock was excellent and spacious !!! We would definitely go back again !!! The property manager helped with all of our questions and even delivered a package for our relative to the house.
