Positive: So many things - loved the view of being so close to the lake yet not right on it. Though we always pack our own things in, but the cottage was very well, more than, equipped. For most folk all you would have to bring is your food and clothing. Lots of extra added details, even many games for inside and out - were provided. We had a bit of a rainy weekend but did not mind one bit, as the cottage is spacious and comfortable. Did not mind the trains at all - no horns so just a rumble as they passed. Loved how clean everything was, made it feel all the more welcoming. Looking forward to going again and trying out the outdoor fire pit area. Also liked that the hosts responded quickly and kept an open message communication.
Negative: For conversation sake one of the couples sat on the futon - did not find it comfortable to sit on at all. :) Nice to have the option of another bed though, as we could invite more family to stay with us.
Summary: Lovely location, quiet surrounding, great view, spacious, comfortable cottage.

Positive: Great location, easy to find. The cottage and view were gorgeous. Lots of thought was put into the visitor's needs. The outside couch was my favourite place to be. The boathouse and pier were also great. The water is shallow, clear and sandy.
Negative: I was unaware the cottage was beside the train track and they come frequently. However if windows are closed. you can hardly hear. Additionally be aware to reach the boathouse (it is very close), you have to cross the tracks.
Summary: Lovely relaxing cottage stay!!! Great way to start the summer.

Positive: This cottage is a beautiful get away, sit on the covered deck to watch the outside beauty. Large oversized couches to take a nap on. Inside is just as cozy
Negative: The trains are often. But they never bothered me. It’s so easy to tune them out
