Positive: Staff was friendly. Free parking.

Negative: Food and drink options were limited. My bathroom shower was missing a sliding door so a shower curtain was put in place of it. Occasionally the floor would be wet since the curtain didn’t completely cover the shower tub. The bathroom sink had low pressure water. When the bathroom water was turned on, it seem smelled like rust.

Positive: A cozy small hotel in a good location on the lake shore.

Negative: Although the hotel has a lot of potential, the owners and staff seem to be doing everything they can to keep people from coming back: it's impossible to communicate in English at the reception, and the reception lady is very unhappy that people don't speak Russian. The restaurant is a complete mess: there is no menu, they offer three dishes to choose from, and the meat served is not fresh, they work as they want, they close when they want, they don't turn on the lights, and the prices are like in a normal restaurant... There were at least 6 spiders in our room, the bedspread smelled of chemicals or maybe mold. It's a pity.

Positive: There is room for improvement, but it is good that they are trying. Cleanliness 10, staff 10.

Negative: We stayed for three weekends, some rooms are very good, others are poor. Upgrade all of them and you have a great hotel.
