Positive: it is a nice big hotel. the room service staff were attentive.

Negative: worst mattress / bed in 40 years of travelling. it is about 85mm high. we had to supplement with 4 toppers of about 10mm each. Room has no temperature air conditioning control only fan speed.

Summary: the hotel is fine - however for a 4 star rating - the mattress is a disgrace

Positive: The staff was absolutely lovely - they assisted me with any issue I had to the best of their abilities. The extra ammenities like pool and beauty salon were great. The breakfast was according to my taste.

Negative: The rooms need serious updating. The bed was really hard and the wallpaper was getting dirty and flaky. The room had this really musky smell, like it wasn't aired out properly even thought I had the window open the whole time. I even found that a hanger was getting moldy, but the staff replaced it right away.

Positive: The room was very big and well equipped .It was clean. The balcony had a nice view. The hotel has also a very nice pool , Jacuzzi pool and a sauna . I really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities.
