Positive: The Warm Welcome from the Owner especially after a hectic Flight and then Long Road Trip from Bangkok to Pattaya. When I reached to the Apartment then I was fully thrilled to see some coffee and tea bags and also some Noodles. I had it and relaxed with coffee. The Next day when I got up I was shocked to see in the bathroom that I got a brush and toothpaste with a shaving blade too. The room keys were not working in some area when I called to Owner in next one hour She changed me and I got a new key. I also got owner personal parking electronic keys. I was very very happy with the gesture and fully thrilled to be there with all the amminities.

Negative: The price was tooooo much compared to others. But the facilities I got it was okay for that price.

Summary: SUPERB ACCOMODATION WITH CLEAN AND CONVINENT HELP DIRECTLY FROM OWNER ALWAYS HELPFUL IN NATURE.

Positive: There is a large pool, which is nice to go for a swim anytime during the day.

Negative: The room has a weird smell that meets you as you enter. Furthermore the water pressure in the bathroom is too low, so it takes ages to take a shower. Finally the unprotected Wi-Fi Internet never works.

Positive: 1: The location of the house is very good, there are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, and there are buses and vegetable markets not far away. 2: The apartment swimming pool is very beautiful, and the sauna room is also very large. 3: The room is very clean and beautiful , and the balcony has a swimming pool view. It is very comfortable to drink on the balcony at night. It feels great. 4: There is a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient. I have lived in many apartments in Thailand without washing machines, so I need to take the clothes out to wash. 5: Self-check-in is very convenient, the host is very friendly, and recommends food and attractions. In short, it was a perfect accommodation experience, and I will choose this accommodation next time.
