Positive: Perfect location. Lovely, friendly staff who made you feel welcome. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Super handy having a laundry to use. The pool was great, we were in it all the time. Our toddler loved the toddler pool! Nice and peaceful - it wasn’t loud and hectic like the big resorts. Yummy continental breakfast with fresh fruit.

Negative: Lovely to have aircon. The aircon in the bedroom was fab but the remainder of the villa didn’t have a separate aircon unit. So, even with the bedroom door open and windows closed it was still quite warm in the lounge and kitchen etc. Although, we are aware it was very hot outside so were still very grateful for the slightly cooler room when we came inside!

Positive: Lovely tropical continental breakfast. Clean rooms.lovely well kept tropical garden. Easy access to beach and local bus

Negative: We booked a studio with garden view with aircon, but were given a 1 bedroom villa which on,y had aircon in the bedroom and one small fan for the other areas. It was unbearably hot. Later we moved to another villa that had a ceiling fan which helped but the internet access was terrible. We had to go to the breakfast area and reception to use the internet. On the 2nd last day rain water leaked into tge wardrobe and soaked 50% of our clothes. Then on the last day the airport transfer we booked didnt turn up at 6am We waited over an hour. Firtunately the gardener helped us to ring up and they said sorry we dudnt get your booking.

Positive: Filtered water throughout the entire house was very handy and full size fridge/freezer with ice trays also, saved on buying bottled water. Air con in bedroom only. Free breakfast was nice. Pool facilities, snorkeling equipment and shared laundry/dryer was also handy.

Negative: Free wifi did not work in our rooms due to broken antenna, so it was down the entire time we were there. There was free wifi at reception area which helped a little but not when trying to work at night. Water pressure in shower was very weak.

Positive: The staff are very lovely, friendly and reasonable. They allowed us a late checkout at no further cost. We used the kayak and snorkelling gear and it was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful scenery.

Negative: Bacon and eggs would take breakfast to the next level but understand the shortage of eggs so probably not possible
