Positive: Beautiful lake-facing property, and it was an absolute delight. The view of the calm water right from my window made every morning feel refreshing and peaceful. The place was clean, cozy, and felt like a perfect escape from the rush of daily life. What made it even better was the extremely reasonable price—great value for such a stunning location. I’d love to return again!

Positive: The property is beautiful. More than the beauty, the owner Mr. Rishi is very accommodating and makes sure that you are attended to properly. The caretaker and cook Shashi is also very accommodating and helpful. Overall the entire stay was more like a family stay.

Negative: The only adjustment needed is in the height of the washbasin. Though we are a family of tall people still the height of the washbasin platform should still be adjusted. The rest is perfect. More like a luxury.

Positive: The location is picture perfect just beside the upper lake. The owner is very helpful and friendly, who never forgot to provide the guests the ultimate luxury. Food is home cooked and awesome. Overall a great stay! Thanks.

Positive: The homestay is located in the more affluent area in Bhopal by the lakeside. There are only 3 rooms, one of which has a windows looking out to the lake and garden. Get this room if possible. All 3 rooms are spacious. The location is quiet but there isn't a lot of eating or shopping options nearby. Note it takes about half an hour to get to the train station.
