Positive: The location is even more amazing than the photos show. The lake is just beautiful. Our kids loved going down to the dock and watching ducks. It was a great central location to everything we wanted to do- we certainly had to drive but typically not more than 20 minutes. For two small families we loved the 3 bedroom arrangement (especially with the bunk bed situation for the kids!)

Negative: The inside of the house could certainly benefit from more frequent deep cleaning. If you do not like very firm/hard beds, this may not be for you.

Summary: We had an amazing trip and this unit definitely contributed, we just would have been more comfortable with a deeper clea
