Positive: The location was fantastic. A lovely walk at the back of the cottage. The parking was good although a mirror on the road opposite to see traffic coming would be helpful.

Negative: A non slip mat in the bath is needed as it was quite slippery. A bigger rubbish bin in the kitchen also would have been good.

Positive: Shorwell is a lovely quiet village with a pub a few doors down… a perfect contrast to the busy festival days…. the cottage felt very homely with a wonderful garden to relax in… loved it and wish I’d stayed longer

Positive: The garden was the showstopper for us! Really well kept full of beautiful flowers, we did a lot of stargazing out there! Cottage is very pretty on the outside! Kitchen was equipt with microwave pots and pans etc and a hand-wash in every room which was appreciated as we're the chocolate biscuits and tea and coffee andkttle milk in the fridge just what the doctor ordered after a long drive thank you!

Negative: Not much really, some of the rooms like the front room and bedrooms could use a little update/refresh, especially the windows, lunckily we had lovely weather but I can imagine in the winter the windows would be next to useless and keeping any heat in. Also the duvet in the main bedroom is a bit square shaped so me and my parter both fairly tall kept finding our feet hanging out of the covers haha! Only real niggle was maybe a bit more attention with the cleaning, hair in fridge, crumbs on sofa being the dining table and the kettle had shards of limescale in it that resembled the needles themself! That could definitely do with a regular descale 🤣

Positive: Excellent location,The Cottage has everything you need, Rooms are big and spacious, Down stairs shower room and toilet upstairs toilet and bath. Three good sized bedrooms. Great utility for leaving muddy boots after a walk in field behind the cottage. Off road parking Rooms are big and spacious. The Crown Inn is 300 yards from the cottage incredible home cooked food and good range of beers. Staff so friendly and dog's very welcome.

Negative: We went in January and found it very cold, Heating system needs updating Big Garden not enclosed and close to the road so pets and children need to be watched. Could do with a welcome pack with things to do and how to leave the Cottage ( towels and bedding in one room etc). New Hoover.
