Negative: We stayed in a private property it needs some TLC the decking needs renewing and the furniture needs a refurb We had toilet roll left from previous guest and no new roll. No towels for shower

Positive: Hosts were exceptional, responded quickly to any questions, extremely helpful. Entertainment was great, my 6 year old son had a great time

Negative: Sites website wasnt very good, tried to book swimming and as a guest couldn't do it, paid as a local resident, it was only because we had to ask about a different matter at the reception we found out we didnt need to book or pay, got a refund but there was nothing to say we didnt need to or no booking was required, really not very good. Also one of the security in the bar spoke to staff like crap, was going to say something to him but the bar staff said not to worry about him, really shouldn't speak to colleagues in the way he did,

Positive: I liked that it was quiet and loved the hottuband there were lights round the hot tub.i liked the sofa it was comfy .the staff was friendly and the swimming pool was nice and warm.the gym was great.

Negative: The hot tub wasn't clean. Which was a shame really.but I do love going to ladymile .
