Positive: The caretaker (Johnson’s was great made us breakfast and was always on hand if we needed him. The property was very clean and fresh throughout.

Negative: No hot water 😢 was excited to finally have a bath in a property but could barely shower as the water was so cold let alone have a bath. A couple bits to make it better in our opinion would be, a bin in the room, we landed up taking the one from the bathroom into the bedroom. A chair/table on the balcony as it was a lovely area but couldn’t really relax out there without sitting on the floor.

Positive: It was really an amazing experience. Then place was really clean and well managed . And the person who is taking care of the place is very friendly. Only problem i faced was , difficulty of finding the exact place if u use the google map. So before you go to the pace make sure u contact the house owner and find the apartment number . Then u won’t get lost. And i hope they will make some bored near the place which can really help to the people who wanna come

Positive: At first we were a little skeptical because there was no reviews, but still decided to go. And it turned out amazing, place looks beautiful and everything is very comfortable. Looks just like the pictures. And the host is super nice and very helpful with everything. We really enjoyed our stay there and also reccomend it!

Positive: Luxury interior, great, big bedrooms. Theres a big kitchen, with dining table for 8 people with modern living room. On 2nd floor are bedrooms with 2 luxury bathrooms and one shared living room where we watched netflix before sleep. You can chose breakfast (Sri Lankan or western), both are awesome. House is in quiet part of Colombo, 10km from city centre, 3km from beach. There is also 24h guard in front of complex so bothing to worry about safety.
