Positive: Interior design and arrangment is very good. All necessery items were avaliable in kitchen and washroom.

Negative: Host informed about 3rd floor apartment after online checkin. Room heater was not function even after temperature dipped below 10 deg c.

Positive: If you are looking for accommodation in Venice, do not hesitate to book here. I give it 10 out of 10, but if I could, I would give it 100/10. Everything is perfect. Unbelievable. Every detail, every little thing is taken into account to such an extent that it is difficult to imagine. Plus impeccable cleanliness and constant attention from the owners. Our plane landed at midnight and we were picked up from the airport, brought to the apartment and on the way we were shown the markets and bus stops to the center of Venice. Thank you and thank you again for making our trip to Venice just incredibly warm and comfortable. As for the accommodation, there is nothing to worry about. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room - everything is fully equipped. We even found an umbrella that saved us in the rain. And it was so nice to return to the warm apartment in the evening, wet after the rain, but so happy! Thank you, thank you and thank you again, you "Ledi Hana" are incredible!!

Positive: everything was perfect😍, the apartment exceeded our expectations, extremely quiet area, the apartment is very clean and comfortable, the apartment had absolutely everything (various hygiene and care products), coffee, tea, sweets, milk, cookies and other things... besides that, it's nice the surprise was filling the refrigerator, the children also received wonderful gifts👍and was so happy 😊everything was done with love, w e was happy to stay for a few days, close to Venice, the bus stop is nearby, only positive impressions remained, we will definitely come back!Thank you🥰
