Positive: We enjoyed the breakfasts and some dinners as they offered many options. The staff catered to my food intolerances wonderfully. The Spa area is small, but has all you need (2 saunas, 2 infrarot cabins, Dampfbad, showers, toilets, lounging area, pool with 'swim jet', etc)!

Negative: Towels in the spa area would be nice, but they do provide new ones each day during room cleaning. Games could be available (rummy cube, monopoly, scrabble, cards, etc).

Summary: We loved staying at Lacus am See and will come back another time and recommend to friends and family

Positive: The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. They were very understanding about our lack of understanding of the German language.

Negative: It is perhaps a little difficult to get to by train, but the scenery is spectacular so it was worth the effort.

Summary: Enjoyed the skiing, ice skating, swimming pool and sauna, in a great location.
