Positive: It was a gorgeous resort, very green, and peaceful, the room was huge and beautifully decorated. Very friendly customer service, particularly Roxana at breakfast who made us feel very welcome!

Negative: The bathroom could do with a little more decor, there was no place by the bathtub to put your toiletries on, and some plants would be nice—similarly to the terrace, huge and with so much potential, but very bare.

Summary: Beautiful stay with friendly customer service. Worth the money!

Positive: Excellent staff. Helena went was exceptionally nice and found a birthday cake for my girlfriend’s birthday. My room was very clean and comfortable with. A beautiful view of the lake.

Negative: The restaurant could use a few updates
