I would like to welcome you to The Raven Retreat! This property provides everything you will need to accommodate a large family vacation or just a peaceful getaway for simplicity! I strive to ensure this will be your home away from home.
The home includes 4 bedrooms with 6 premium mattresses and bedding for the best sleeping experience and 2.5 bathrooms at your disposal. All bedrooms include flat screen high definition televisions with cable TV and the home also provides upgraded AT&T fastest high speed internet/WiFi to afford you the luxury of staying connected. There are large walk in closets that provides ample space for you and your family to comfortably store all your belongings.
The kitchen is equipped nicely with, plenty of cabinet space and appliances. Appliances include: Refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, a toaster, a Coffee maker and dishwasher readily available to make cleaning up a breeze! The kitchen has all the essentials to store and prepare your favorite meals as if you were home. There's even a charcoal grill on the back patio for those of you who enjoy the outdoors as I do!
There are two living areas(upstairs and downstairs) with premium couches, love seats and ottoman. Large flat screen downstairs and upstairs living areas. Lackland Air Force Base is also extremely close for my military families. I am a retired Air Force veteran so if you have any questions pertaining to such, please feel free to ask. The home is in the perfect location for dining as are a lot of major restaurants nearby.

Summary: It was a perfect gathering space to visit with our airman. Everyone had room to move around and enjoy some one on one time without feeling cramped. The owner has done an excellent job of making sure there is a little bit of everything in the house. Temperatures outside were well below freezing and the house continuously stayed warm. I do not typically write reviews - however, on choosing for such an important occasion - I believe the space upstairs, makes this the perfect rental.

Summary: This vacation home was wonderful! It was located in a great area close to downtown and the Riverwalk. We were hoping the pool heated up to a comfortable temperature so that we could enjoy it, but it didn't happen. That just means we need to come stay when it's warmer outside. The host was quick to answer any questions I had when I sent a message. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.

Summary: We spent a week over Christmas break here. A few small issues when we arrived were very quickly taken care of and we enjoyed our stay very much. Great communication from the owner and would rent from him again if we come back to the area. Thanks for a great Christmas break!

Summary: This was a great place to vacation for our family the house was very clean and cozy made you feel right at home. The property owner was very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. The pool was great very clean and clear and refreshing for the whole family. If we ever go visit San Antonio again we will definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: This property was located near the Air Force base that we were visiting, which was a plus. Pictures of this property need to be updated. The pool was very very dirty. The backyard was nothing but weeds. The "deck" area needs repair and painting. Kitchen refrigerator on its last leg, door sounded like it was going to come off, ice machine / water dispenser broken. Living room couch dirty and stained. Not enough towels for each bathroom. Kitchen table and chairs wobbly and unsteady. For the price we paid, we expected nicer.
