Positive: The look and feel was really good. The location, restaurant, and the halls are really good. The rooms are really nice and clean.
Negative: When I went to the restaurant several times, there were no staff available for me to order something, so I had to go to thereceptions.
Summary: It was a really nice experience! Clean, environment friendly, and staff really friendly as well.

Positive: a very nice looking hotel with very friendly staffs. very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good and staff went extra mile to get us what we needed. Staff were accommodative with us checking in early and checking out late.
Negative: the location was way out of the city center. unfortunately we could not change the date or cancel the booking. if planing to travel to city centre for tourist attractions expect to pay around VND 120K for grab. also the gym wasnt available at the o our visit (under reno).
Summary: A good hotel to relax and stay at. bit out of the way if planning to go to city center often.

Negative: There was a beautiful breakfast buffet but my wife and I both had digestive problems nausea and worse. The food was possibly left out too long . The hotel was half empty. Maybe they kept food from the previous day. There was a lot. Anyway our stay wasn’t as good as it should have been and this should not have happened.

Negative: Location was about 30 mins out of the city but that barely bothered us at all! An easy grab away.
