Positive: Lovely house and hosts! Great location in a quiet, rural patch with easy access to North Norfolk's A roads. Breakfast was great and the bedrooms had so many nice touches to enhance the stay.

Positive: Wonderful stay. Glenda and Lee are such amazing hosts. They really catered to my daughter's food allergy, and the breakfast was delicious with homemade selections and their own hens eggs. The rooms were so good, with comfortable beds and little extra touches. You won't find anywhere better than here. Will definitely be staying again.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay in this bed and breakfast - great service, nothing was too much trouble and we were even given a lift to the wedding and then back to the train station the following day. Highly recommend! The room was lovely, great breakfast options and very clean.

Positive: Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice served piping hot in a lovely bright dinning room. Very friendly hosts that go that extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Lot's of little extra's in the room that you just helped yourself too which we really appreciated.

Positive: The hosts were very friendly and helpful, everything very clean, and a generous breakfast laid on.

Negative: It did feel like the middle of nowhere, with a drive to a restaurant, and the room quite small with a compact bathroom. But we chose to stay here knowing that, and it is reflected in a fair price. Our preference is not to have breakfast at the same table as other guests.

Negative: Owners a little full on and overbearing We prefer to be left alone with the option to ask for help if required Breakfast looked better than it tasted but didn't help with the owner standing over me talking to us all whilst I was eating I write this constructively so that they are aware of how some people feel Not right for us but it seems that other people like it
