Summary: The staff was amazing. The chef and Resturant staff made my stay perfect. The food was delicious and you need to try the french toast. My room was extremely large and spacious. It was a great experience

Summary: Staff were friendly. Definitely check out the two ship wrecks directly below the hotel, there is a dirt/gravel path down to them from the front of the hotel. Our favorite beaches were Shoal Bay East and Mead’s Bay.

Summary: We booked one of the king beach view suites on top floor. The room was spacious and had a newer, comfortable bed. However, the living area was sparsely furnished, the kitchen amenities were old, cheap, dirty & overall grungy. The television was so undersized for room that attempting to view was pointless. The shower head didn’t remain in holder & jerked out mid-shower every time, usually hitting one on the head and spraying water out onto floor. The light for mirror didn’t work & overhead light was extremely dim. The restaurant was a large room with a couple old tables & minimal basic food offerings. The pool was clean & surrounding area was pleasant, but we noted it would be unsafe for young children due to significant drop off from shallow pool to deep pool. The grounds were nicely landscaped & location was good.
