Negative: Have to purchase all we need, the villa concept being like, you are coming home it will be easier to ensure that the minimum is available and included in the rate such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, honey ...... rather that send someone to buy it and charge for it.

Positive: For a small studio (not apartment) of just 27 m2, there are some ingenious and interesting solutions to use every inch of space. It took us some minutes to find out that the matrimonial bed you have to take down literally form the ceiling. Then, you have to climb up a small ladder to get into the bed. Once you got there and got used to heights, you have a wonderfull view, through the window, to the sea. Huge parking with several available lots in front of a residential area with 10-12 block of flats. Neighbourhood on the same floor was quiet, except for the next morning.

Negative: The studio, located on a hill, is certainly overpriced, even it's Trouville. Due to several street works in the city its is difficult to get to the center and certainly to far to walk. In the absence of the owner, we had another contact person, but communication was difficult (spoke French only). She even did not meet us to hand over the keys, but left them below a carpet at the entrance. And did not answer our farewell message. The blocks, as part of the Residential Area are quite old and obsolate. Studio is ok for 1 max 2 nights- I would not recommend it for a longer stay. No Wifi !
