Summary: Perfect location close to the beach, bus stop, stores... Garage is tiny but very useful. There is an elevator from the garage to your apartment. Kitchen is small but good equipped. The shower is the smallest I have ever seen. With kids it is very difficult to shower (and we are very thin). Can imagine, that for bigger persons it is almost impossible to shower. Not much of a light in the living room / dinning room. The bulb is not providing enough light to eat comfortably.
