Positive: The staff was amazing, very well-trained. The food was okay, not bad, not good either. They were aspiring to be fancier (based on the names and prices), but the result wasn't it.
Negative: Unfortunately, we didn't have running water in the rooms from one night to the next morning. We understand this is a common issue, but if you build a mini-village, you would expect to have the logistics figured out beforehand. Was not funny when we couldn't wash our teeth, couldn't use the restroom at all... The music at the spa was very loud during the day, we could hardly hear our voices. The spa closes very early, and there's not much you can do in the village after that.

Positive: The staff was amazing, extremly kind and friendly, always there to make your stay better. The food was really tasty and the price was lower than expected which is a big plus. Clean room, clean restaurant and pool. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you La Vella !!
