Positive: Amazing, spacious villa apartment on the 2nd floor of a classical, but fully renovated villa, in the middle of a large garden, surrounded by similar villas and olive gardens, with a direct view on Lucca and the mountains. In only 8 mins we were at Lucca's city center. The hosts live in the same place, so when we needed anything, they could help us. We also had a large part of the garden to ourselves. The rooms are with central aircon, but we actually turned it off on the 2nd day, because it was possible to manage the temperature only by using the shades and letting the air circulate (well built house).

Negative: Maybe a bit more kitchenware would be comfortable (plates, cutlery) - we did the washing up by hand, even though there's a dishwasher, because we'd have run out of plates. Otherwise, we were super happy there with everything :-)

Positive: Very kind, attentive hosts Cinzia and Emanuelle. The house is in a wonderful setting, with a wonderful view. Peace and quiet surrounds you. 3 minutes from Lucca, 30 minutes from the sea. We will definitely be back.

Positive: La Vedetta was the perfect location for visiting Lucca and the stunning surrounding villages and countryside. The villa was absolutely beautiful. From the moment the gates opened we felt at home. Our hosts Cinza and Emanuele were extremely helpful and so easy to communicate with. They provided us with so many wonderful suggestions for restaurants, places to visits and helpful tips. The villa had a fantastic outlook over the vineyards and out to the city of Lucca. It was appointed with everything we needed. A truly wonderful stay.
