Positive: We had a wonderful stay at La Torre di Pieve. What an amazing and special place, so unique and full of art and history. Thank you Paolo, you made us feel very welcome and shared so much knowledge of the town and region that we would never have known. A visit to The Little Museum of Diaries is an absolute must do. We really enjoyed the superb breakfast in the tower. A very special place to stay.

Negative: Didn't feel like I had enough privacy. The bedroom and kitchen was not clean enough for my comfort. Bed was uncomfortable and damp . I was cold all night. (October). Owner's smoke-filled room was right between my bedroom and (my??) bathroom. I will not return.

Positive: Great location if you're walking the Via di Francesco. Paolo was a gracious host who opened his home/studio to us to spend the night. His penthouse apartment is located inside a historical building that offers a lot of charm (and amazing windows in the dining area). Our room was very quiet. A private bathroom is included with the room, which is located down the hallway next to the kitchen.
