Positive: تمام، خليني أعطيك صياغة أقوى ولاذعة أكثر: “I was unfairly charged an extra tax of about €70, even though I had already paid the full amount through Booking. I was forced to pay it because they threatened not to give me the instructions to receive the keys. This felt like nothing but exploitation and left a very bad impression.”
Negative: “I was forced to pay an extra €70 tax, despite already paying in Booking, or they wouldn’t give me the keys.
Summary: Felt like abused

Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lovely terrace, good space, good location.
Negative: There was mold in the shower, which wasn’t pleasant at all but when we reported the property sent cleaning staff immediately to fix the issue. The light bulb in the living area was faulty, we reported it but unfortunately it wasn’t fixed so we had to stay in the dark for the rest of the stay, luckily we were away most of the time. The main bedroom’s bed was quite uncomfortable and creaking seriously at every movement.
