Positive: Lovely location surrounded by beautiful scenery. Large outside space with a range of options for seating. Fantastic bathroom facilities with the use of a washing machine.

Negative: A hot tub and pool were available, but I would have preferred the hot tub to be covered overnight. I could not see one available. The air conditioning unit outside the bedrooms was very noisy and could be heard at night.

Summary: A very comfortable base from which to explore Lake Como.

Positive: Setting was great, and apartment layout and facilities spacious and comfortable. Spa and pool were a bonus as well as the garaged parking. Hosts were exceptional.

Negative: Difficult to fault. But would like better indication of view from each apartment so as to be able to decide which one to book. Roads in and out of Carenno can be a bit daunting to car users from Australia not used to such tight roads and turns but all part of the fun!!

Positive: Facilities were great, and the place is well maintained. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning is a big plus in summer. Very comfortable stay. Would happily visit again.

Negative: We were not expecting to share the place with others, but it wasn't much of a problem, as we had privacy on our own floor. It only meant we couldn't use all the facilities that were for tenants on the other floor, which are in the photos.

Summary: Fantastic stay in a quiet area. Perfect for families.
