Positive: The staff at La Sultana were all super friendly, polite and happy and could not do enough for us to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Each room has a mobile where you can whatsapp the team and they reply within minutes and they are always happy to accommodate special requests or dietary requirements. The area was beautiful and there were lots of activities available for guests.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic, one of the best hotels I've stayed at when it comes to service.

Positive: Very polite, super Service. Everything was perfect and on a top level. The Lady from the dinner, Rafiq our Server, The guy from the reception. Basically everyone was welcoming us 😀

Positive: Lot of privacy in the hotel. Great wine and food - local lobsters and fish! Staff is extremely helpful and kind!

Negative: You can hear the washing machine early in the morning. It would be great if they locate a laundry room away from the guests rooms.

Summary: Very pleasant and the food and staff are wonderful.
