Summary: The staff was really friendly and responsive, and our villa was perfect. We definitely took advantage of the private patio and jacuzzi. Also, dinner at the restaurant was delicious and so convenient. I also appreciated the secure private parking lot.

Summary: Service was good - welcoming and prompt to answer questions. However, it’s not a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness was not good - our garbage can was not emptied from the last client and was full of old cigarettes. It makes me question whether they are followings cleanliness standards needed for COVID-19. The hotel needs to be upgraded - there is rust everywhere, painting is chipped, our doorknob was sticky, and there were holes in our bed sheets. Also, they have a restaurant on the ground floor, so if you’re anywhere near it, you can hear the clinking of plates, forks, etc. From your room. Lastly, we had reserved a room which was on the last floor, but our room was not on the last floor - very deceiving from hotels.com. The view during breakfast is nice, not to mention the view on their terrace. This hotel does not offer a 5 star experience and is not worth the money.
