Positive: I would say everything - pretty design, fantastic staff, well organized, clean and well run place. It's just romantic, peaceful and quiet. To my surprise I even used the rooftop jacuzzi/small pool to chillax when I couldn't go to the beach. It is a perfect place for someone who needs calm and comfort.
Negative: Maybe there should be a bit more place to keep clothes in our room, but I guess maybe it's unusual to stay in Lipari for 9 days :) but I honestly can't say it really bothered us much.
Summary: Romance, relax and comfort.

Positive: We actually enjoyed everything about our stay in this hotel. It’s in Canneto rather than the main town of Lipari but there is a very regular bus service that takes you into the town in a few minutes. The hotel is very close to the beach. It’s very stylishly furnished, with a variety of seating areas to relax in. The staff were excellent too. They recommended places for us to eat that we’d never find for ourselves and made reservations for us. Serena organised a pedicure and fabulous massage for me. In addition she and Valerio organised boat trips for us. We felt very well looked after for our entire stay. I can’t wait to go back one day.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: An excellent base to explore the Aeolian archipelago from.
