Negative: The restaurant could be a little faster at turning out food. All staff had very limited english but the property was beautiful, extremely well kept and organised.

Positive: Great property with nice big pool and good restaurant. We had a 2 bedroom villa and it had nice and spacious bedrooms with a common living space and big sized bathroom for 4 people to easily use without getting crowded. Location is 5mins bike ride out of the main Tam Coc area and only 15mins taxi ride from historical old town. We loved this property and the ease of getting to Mua caves and Trang An boat ride via a short taxi ride rather than booking private car.

Negative: Breakfast could have been better. Was only satisfactory!

Positive: Good location a few minutes from the centre of town.

Negative: Breakfast was fine but not great. We left our room late one day ( around 11) and it wasnt serviced at all. One other funny thing- the safe was not fixed to the cupboard so anyone could pick it up and walk out with the whole thing!! Despite those things we would definitely come back!!
